Our spring usb cable is designed for charging and USB 2.0 data transmission in vehicles, desktop workstations, retail terminals, portable equipment, and other environments where ordinary straight cables easily become tangled. It features a USB-A male connector on the input side and a 90-degree USB Type-C® male connector on the device side. The coiled structure contracts to approximately 30±5cm when not in use and extends to approximately 100±10cm when additional reach is required. This compact, self-retracting form helps reduce loose cable clutter around dashboards, center consoles, charging stations, and work surfaces. Similar coiled USB cable designs are widely used to combine flexible reach with compact storage, while the right-angle connector reduces the space required around the connected device.

Unlike a basic decorative spiral cable, our spring usb cable is engineered around repeated daily movement. The elastic TPE jacket remains flexible under normal vehicle and indoor temperature changes, while the multi-strand oxygen-free copper conductor provides stable charging and signal transmission. Aluminum-foil and braided shielding help reduce electromagnetic interference during device connection and data synchronization. The 90-degree Type-C connector is especially practical for dashboard-mounted phones, navigation devices, vehicle recorders, handheld terminals, and devices used while charging. This model supports conventional 5V charging up to 3A and USB 2.0 data transmission up to 480Mbps. It is intended for phones and low-power digital accessories rather than high-voltage laptop PD charging.

Customization Capability

We manufacture the spring usb cable according to the actual installation environment rather than limiting customers to one fixed retail specification. The contracted length, extended length, straight sections at both ends, cable diameter, connector orientation, jacket color, current configuration, and packaging can be adjusted for different projects.

Connector options may include straight or angled USB Type-C structures, while the USB-A end can be matched to standard chargers, computers, and vehicle USB ports. Logo molding, private labels, product model printing, barcode labels, and branded retail packaging can also be developed for distributors and OEM customers.

When existing molds and materials match the requested configuration, sample production can be arranged before bulk ordering. Our factory focuses on customized cable projects and is particularly flexible with approximately 100–5000-piece medium and small production runs.

Quality Control

The cable structure is evaluated from both electrical and mechanical perspectives. Charging continuity, conductor resistance, connector fit, appearance, polarity, and data communication are checked during production. The coiled section is designed for at least 5,000 repeated stretching cycles, while the connector root is designed for at least 10,000 bending cycles under the specified test conditions.

Axial pull testing is also performed at the molded connector areas to reduce the risk of separation between the cable and plug. The integrated injection-molded strain relief protects the conductor where conventional charging cables most commonly fail.

Our company operates under an ISO quality management system and has dedicated product development, production management, and quality management personnel. Finished-product inspection reports and relevant reliability test reports can be provided according to project requirements.

Factory Strength

Our factory was established in 2008 and operates from approximately 3,000 square meters of production and office space in Dongguan, one of China's major electronic manufacturing centers. Nearly 100 employees support engineering, production, quality control, order management, and customer service.

Our production resources include seven production lines, approximately 30 molding machines, 20 automatic soldering machines, 15 semi-automatic terminal crimping machines, precision testing equipment, wire stripping machines, laser equipment, ultrasonic equipment, and laboratory reliability testing devices.

Key processes such as wire preparation, soldering, injection molding, assembly, and final testing are completed within our own production system. This integrated structure allows us to respond quickly to customized specifications while keeping quality, cost, and production progress visible throughout the order.
