Our usb c short charging cable is developed for power banks, smartphones, tablets, lightweight laptops, handheld game consoles, cameras, portable audio equipment, charging docks, and compact USB-C accessories. Available in standard lengths of 10cm, 15cm, and 20cm, it removes the unnecessary cable slack created by conventional one-meter charging cables. The short structure is especially useful when a phone and power bank are carried together, when a portable device is mounted beside a USB-C hub, or when a clean connection is required inside a travel bag, equipment case, or desktop installation. Short USB-C cables are commonly selected for power-bank and portable-device setups because they reduce cable clutter and keep connected devices close together.
The usb c short charging cable uses USB Type-C male connectors on both ends, a high-density diamond-pattern nylon braided jacket, reinforced molded connector roots, and multi-strand tinned-copper conductors. Three electrical configurations are available. The standard version supports up to 3A and 60W with USB 2.0 data transmission. The E-Marker version supports up to 5A and 100W for compatible USB Power Delivery equipment. A full-function version can be configured for up to 5Gbps data transmission and supported video applications when used with compatible source and display devices. USB-IF guidance identifies 20V at 5A as the previous 100W USB Power Delivery limit, while USB 2.0 high-speed products operate at up to 480Mbps.

Factory Strength
We manufacture the usb c short charging cable in our Dongguan production facility, where cable cutting, conductor preparation, soldering, injection molding, braiding-related assembly, inspection, and packaging are managed through an integrated production process.
Our factory covers approximately 3,000 square meters and employs nearly 100 people. Production equipment includes seven production lines, approximately 30 molding machines, 20 automatic soldering machines, 15 semi-automatic terminal crimping machines, laser equipment, ultrasonic equipment, precision testers, and laboratory reliability testing devices.
This production structure supports both standard consumer cable orders and customized OEM projects. It also allows us to adjust connector molds, cable length, charging configuration, data structure, jacket appearance, product labels, and packaging without relying entirely on external subcontractors.

Packaging & Shipping
The standard product can be packed in an individual PE anti-static bag or a printed retail box. Packaging information may include the model number, cable length, supported power, production date, barcode, customer logo, and environmental compliance marks.
For distributor and brand orders, we can develop custom paper cards, hanging boxes, color boxes, instruction sheets, label systems, and carton markings. Products are packed into five-layer corrugated export cartons, with carton quantity, gross weight, net weight, and shipping marks confirmed before dispatch.
Cable versions with different power or data capabilities are clearly separated during labeling and packing. This prevents a standard 60W USB 2.0 cable from being confused with a 100W E-Marker version or a full-function high-speed version.

Customization Capability
Cable length, braid color, conductor gauge, shielding structure, connector housing, molded logo, charging power, data transmission level, and packaging can all be developed for individual projects.
Standard colors include black, black-gray mixed braid, dark gray, and navy blue. Additional colors can be matched to the customer's product line or brand identity. The connector housing can use an integrated molded structure with strengthened strain relief, and the plug surface can carry a molded symbol or customized marking.
The standard version is suitable for cost-sensitive charging and USB 2.0 synchronization projects. The 100W version includes an E-Marker configuration for compatible 5A charging systems. The full-function version uses a different internal wiring structure for higher-speed data and supported video applications.
Our factory can arrange sample confirmation before mass production. Final compatibility depends on the cable version, charger, connected device, USB-C port function, and supported charging or display protocol, so these details are confirmed during project evaluation rather than represented by one universal specification.
