Description

Because a harness spends its life inside or against equipment that may be humid, hot or vibrating, material selection is where manufacturing value shows. Our team chooses sleeving, insulation and jacket materials against the actual working environment – for example, moisture-resistant or vibration-resistant construction – so the harness keeps its reliability over time instead of failing at a crimp or chafe point. Samples are produced and confirmed first, and each batch ships with inspection and reliability test reports.

Packaging & Transportation

Harnesses are inspected before shipment and each batch ships with the outgoing inspection and reliability test reports. In-stock items ship within about 48 hours; custom orders typically 15–21 days (excluding shipping). Payment is deposit plus balance before shipment.

A: Yes. We select insulation, sleeving and jacket materials according to the working environment, which is part of our reliability-focused design process.

Q2. Can we get samples first?

A: Yes. When existing tooling and materials match, free samples of around 5 pcs are available; the sample is confirmed before mass production.

Q3. What is the minimum order quantity?

A: We are custom-oriented, and the quantity follows the product structure. Small-to-medium batches of 100–5,000 pieces are our strength.
