Description

A custom wire harness is a harness designed and produced around a specific device: its internal space, its function and its electrical requirements determine the layout, the conductor schedule, the connectors and the protective elements. Nothing has to be taken from a standard catalog. Length, branch points, connector positions, wire gauge, insulation color, sleeving and sealing can all be specified by the customer or proposed by our team during design review. The result is a harness that fits the product the way it was planned, with no excess length and no missing function.

We are a factory focused on custom wiring: all of our production capacity is dedicated to customer-specific harnesses rather than off-the-shelf products. This focus shows in the workflow – fast reaction from drawing to sample, prototype support while the design changes, and a small-to-medium batch range (100–5,000 pieces) where we can move faster than large suppliers. A sample is confirmed before mass production, which lowers the trial risk for buyers commissioning a new harness for the first time.

Customization

Everything is customizable: conductor gauge and count, connector type and pin layout, cable length and color, sleeve and jacket material, shielding, sealing, bundling and packaging. Production can start from customer drawings, samples or our design proposals. OEM and ODM are both supported.

Packaging & Transportation

Each batch is inspected before shipment and ships with outgoing inspection and reliability test reports. Because the product is custom, quantity and price are confirmed according to the structure of the harness; typical lead time is 15–21 days for standard products (excluding shipping). Payment is deposit plus balance before shipment.

Q1. Is there a fixed MOQ for custom wire harnesses?

A: As a custom-oriented factory, quantity and cost cannot be fixed in advance – they are quoted according to the product structure. Small-to-medium batches of 100–5,000 pieces are our strength.

Q2. Do you work from drawings or samples?

A: Both. We manufacture based on customer drawings or physical samples, and we confirm a sample before mass production.

Q3. Do you charge for samples?

A: When existing tooling and materials match, samples of around 5 pcs are free of charge. Custom tooling or materials are discussed per project.
