High Temperature Wire Harness

Description

A high temperature wire harness is built with heat-rated conductors and insulation so that power and signals stay stable in warm compartments. The wire used in this series is rated to 105 °C with a 600 V rating in the UL 1015 style, and the jacket is selected for the operating environment so it does not soften, crack or degrade around hot components. The harness keeps the same bundled, connector-terminated construction as the rest of the range, which means it installs as one unit even inside equipment with confined hot spaces.

For heat resistance, the value of manufacturing is in choosing the right materials and proving they hold up. During the design phase we select the conductor insulation and jacket material according to the actual operating temperature of the device, and the assembled harness is covered by reliability test reports from our in-house testing equipment. A sample is confirmed before production, so the temperature behavior of the specific configuration is verified rather than assumed.
