Robotic Cable Harness
A robotic cable harness is designed for moving parts of automation equipment – robot joints, arms and slides – where the cable must bend repeatedly, resist wear and withstand stretch as the machine moves. Unlike stationary wiring, a robot harness has to keep conductors intact through continuous flexing, so construction focuses on flexible conductors, durable jacket material and strain relief at every termination.
Description
A robotic cable harness is designed for moving parts of automation equipment – robot joints, arms and slides – where the cable must bend repeatedly, resist wear and withstand stretch as the machine moves. Unlike stationary wiring, a robot harness has to keep conductors intact through continuous flexing, so construction focuses on flexible conductors, durable jacket material and strain relief at every termination. The result is a harness that follows the robot's motion without fatigue failure at the crimp or the bend point.
A robot joint harness is defined by the robot's own geometry, so it is normally produced from the machine drawing or the actual arm. We manufacture from customer drawings and support prototype development, which lets the harness be tested on the real joint before the design is committed to volume. This is where routing, flex points and connector positions are verified; once the prototype works, production follows the approved sample with documented batch quality.

Applications
Robotic arms
Joint wiring must bend with the arm while keeping signals stable.
Automated production lines
Moving carriages and heads need harnesses that survive continuous flexing.
AGVs and mobile equipment
Vibration and motion make robust, flexible construction essential.
Customization
We customize flex-rated conductor construction, jacket material, connector type and pin layout, length, bend radius design and strain relief per the robot drawing. Prototype support is available during development, and samples are confirmed before mass production.
Packaging & Transportation
Each batch is inspected before shipment and ships with outgoing inspection and reliability test reports. In-stock items ship within about 48 hours; custom orders typically 15–21 days (excluding shipping). Payment is deposit plus balance before shipment.
